What is the standard delivery time for orders within the UK?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your fitness equipment has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
Do Merach products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Merach UK products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship to ensure your peace of mind.
Can I return my equipment if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original packaging for a refund, subject to our return conditions.
Are Merach machines compatible with fitness apps?
Most of our smart equipment is compatible with the Merach App, as well as popular third-party applications like Kinomap and Zwift via Bluetooth connectivity.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital wallets like PayPal and Apple Pay.
Do you offer assembly services for heavy equipment?
Our machines are designed for easy home assembly with included tools and manuals. While we do not currently offer a direct assembly service, our customer support team is available to assist you via video call if needed.
