Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully disassemble your machine and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and power adapters are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Arrange Collection

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate a specialized courier service to collect the heavy fitness equipment directly from your doorstep at a scheduled time.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned unit at our UK warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
